In an initial session we spend more time to get a good picture of your needs and discuss anything you want to achieve from your counselling sessions. You will get to know your counsellor and be able to get a feel for if they are right for you and you for them. If for any reason you feel that the counsellor is not a good fit we will work with you to seek one that suits your needs best.

Our sessions typically go for 60 minutes and provide you with assistance, information and skill development where relevant to your needs.
If you have completed an initial counselling session with us then booking a return session is recomended. Here we work with you 1:1 so that you are able to discuss what really matters to you.

Sharing stories of lived experience in a safe environment with professional counsellors and facilitators who guide conversations. The strength of the workshop comes from what participants can bring to the table. We understand that we all bring a unique lived experience when this is fostered appropriately it can provide beneficial outcomes.
